Arsal Altaf
Arsal Altaf is a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with extensive experience across hospital, community, and home-based clinical settings in the UK. He brings together strong international clinical training with hands-on NHS experience, delivering physiotherapy that is evidence-based, ethical, and patient-centred.
Arsal currently works within the NHS as a Community and Rapid Response Physiotherapist, managing patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation needs, reduced mobility, falls risk, and long-term health conditions.
His work in community services has highlighted the significant benefits of delivering physiotherapy in a patient’s own home. Home-based assessment allows for realistic goal setting, functional rehabilitation, and treatment plans that directly translate into everyday activities. This clinical insight led to the establishment of Physio at Home.
Arsal’s clinical approach is thorough, holistic, and tailored to each individual. He places strong emphasis on detailed assessment, patient education, and sustainable rehabilitation strategies aimed at long-term recovery rather than short-term symptom relief.
Through Physio at Home, Arsal is committed to providing high-quality, professional physiotherapy services that prioritise safety, independence, and improved quality of life. His work reflects a dedication to clinical excellence, integrity, and compassionate care delivered where patients need it most.
Fiza Qamar
Fiza Qamar is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a strong clinical focus on Women’s Health and female-specific rehabilitation needs. She is passionate about supporting women through different stages of life by providing safe, respectful, and evidence-based physiotherapy care.
Her clinical interests include pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain, postnatal recovery, pelvic health conditions, postural and core rehabilitation, and mobility issues commonly experienced by women. She works closely with patients to address conditions that are often underreported or overlooked, helping women regain confidence, strength, and physical wellbeing.
Fiza strongly believes that women’s health physiotherapy requires a sensitive, personalised, and holistic approach. She takes time to understand each patient’s concerns, lifestyle, and physical demands, ensuring treatment plans are practical, comfortable, and aligned with individual goals.
Delivering physiotherapy in the home environment allows Fiza to create a supportive and private setting, which many women find reassuring particularly during pregnancy and postnatal recovery. This approach enables realistic functional assessment and tailored rehabilitation that fits seamlessly into daily life.
Through Physio at Home, Fiza is committed to empowering women with the knowledge, care, and clinical support they need to move confidently and live without pain. Her practice reflects professionalism, compassion, and a deep commitment to improving women’s physical health and quality of life.
