Our journey began after recognising a recurring gap in healthcare delivery. Many individuals who needed physiotherapy the most older adults, people with chronic pain, post-operative patients, and those with mobility challenges were often unable to attend clinic appointments consistently. Travel difficulties, time constraints, and discomfort frequently stood in the way of effective recovery.

Physio at Home was created to remove these barriers.
